System Explanation :
Totally 4 seat line is manufacturing, these lines are front seat line( 2 piece) ,back line ,back cushion line. With barcodes start operation of the first station and other stations also performed various tasks. First station to end station all each seats’s information is carried by automation sytem. Seats are
saved in the system’s database through stations located barcode readers. In the front seat from the end of the production line is controlled by the camera for final checks. Process to be carried out, line fault and warning conditions are immediately visible in the scada screen. Finally finished the seat, put on the line by shipment robots.
